Chief Prayer Officer
Randy Koch carries a role that exists nowhere else in the recruiting industry. A graduate of Bethel Church's School of Supernatural Ministry, Randy has served on prayer teams across three Minneapolis-area churches and currently leads prayer at a multi-site church in the metro.
Every day he prays by name for The Well's clients, candidates, and team. He is the spiritual infrastructure behind everything The Well does, and the results speak for themselves.
