Clay Eschrich brings more than 35 years of financial services experience to The Well, spanning insurance, annuities, and advisor development. He served as Senior Vice President of Life, Recruiting, and Distribution Partners at The Impact Partnership, where he built relationships with broker-dealers, RIAs, and banks to help financial advisors grow their businesses.
Before Impact, he spent 17 years as a Regional Vice President at Allianz Life and more than a decade as a District Sales Manager at Prudential Financial. He holds Series 6, 63, and 24 licenses. Clay began his career as a high school science teacher and coach in Minnesota before moving into financial services, and he earned his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude. At The Well, he helps wealth management firms build and grow their teams.
