Talent Acquisition Manager
Ashlee Klingler is a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Well. She brings more than 13 years of recruiting experience across finance and accounting, executive leadership, IT and sales, and she joined The Well in September 2025. She is passionate about building strong relationships and helping clients meet their workforce needs.
Ashlee earned her B.S. in Business Administration from West Georgia Technical College. She spent six years at Randstad as a Staffing Manager, where she earned a Winner's Circle award and three Talent Retention awards. She went on to recruit for DeWinter Group, a boutique search firm, before leading corporate talent acquisition at Sizemore. After four years focused on finance, accounting and executive-level searches, she recognized financial services as her niche.
When Ashlee joined The Well, she began learning more about wealth management and independent registered investment advisor (RIA) firms, and her interest in the industry grew even stronger. She enjoys the complexity of these searches and the opportunity to understand each firm's needs, culture and people.
At The Well, Ashlee has placed operations staff, CPA and tax advisors, associate advisors, financial advisors, a trading specialist and marketing professionals with wealth management firms. One firm has returned to her for hire after hire. She believes every search presents a unique challenge, with factors like location, compensation, culture and personality all shaping the right fit. For Ashlee, success isn't about finding an easy match; it's about finding the right match.
One search illustrates that approach. A Minneapolis wealth management firm needed a portfolio trading specialist with hands-on trading experience, ideally with Tamarac, and preferred someone who wanted to remain in trading rather than pursue a CFP designation. Ashlee found a candidate who accepted the role in March 2026. When that person later relocated for another opportunity, Ashlee managed the search again. The client reviewed every candidate's video introduction, and by August, a replacement had accepted the offer. The firm filled the same seat twice with Ashlee's help.
Ashlee is a mom of three and serves in charitable work through her church. Her family is passionate about sports: you'll find them at Braves games in the summer and watching college football every fall.
