Talent Acquisition Manager
Dani Cupo is a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Well. She joined in March 2026 and recruits for wealth management firms across operations, client service, administrative, advisor and marketing roles. She is passionate about connecting with people and finding what works best for them.
Dani came to recruiting through sales. Most recently, she was a Digital Account Executive at Hibu, selling to local businesses, and before that, a Sales Director at Aire-Master. Outside sales sharpened her ability to ask thoughtful questions and stay curious about what is happening beneath the surface. She also spent several years in fitness leadership, managing an OrangeTheory Fitness studio and directing group exercise at Alliance Fitness Center.
From 2016 to 2019, Dani worked for Justice 180, a nonprofit fighting human trafficking, as its fundraising and donor relations coordinator and as an awareness and outreach trainer, including trainings overseas. Planning fundraising events taught her to push through obstacles, find creative solutions and persevere when challenges arose. She studied business management and marketing at Liberty University Online.
Dani was drawn to The Well because of its deeply rooted commitment to family and giving back. She appreciates being part of a company that doesn't simply talk about its values but genuinely lives them out. At The Well, she brings that same commitment to building relationships, understanding each client's needs and finding the right match.
One search shows what that looks like under pressure. A founder-led wealth management firm in suburban Minneapolis needed a Director of Finance and Operations to work in the office. Dani's candidates moved quickly, and within two weeks, four were in second interviews. When one finalist accepted another offer and the firm's top choice faced a competing-offer deadline, Dani helped move the interview up. The candidate accepted 21 days after the search opened, ahead of his deadline.
Dani also recently filled two advisor roles for a client within 28 days of receiving the searches. For one role, the client hired her first candidate submission; for the other, the successful hire was her second submission. These results reflect her focus on understanding what clients need and making thoughtful, effective introductions.
Dani grew up in church. Away from work, you'll usually find her walking her two big dogs, a husky and a chow.
