What Gets You Excited About Recruiting

It’s like matchmaking, but for careers…and I love matchmaking. I also love the idea that the right job can change someone’s life, and the right person hired can truly transform a business. Seeing both employers and candidates succeed is what makes it all worthwhile! Also, I might secretly enjoy keeping everything organized and efficient.
