Values and Mission

When I was determining who to align with professionally, God presented “The Well” to me as an answer to prayers for Him to place me where I can best continue serving His kingdom.  Faith is the most important aspect of my life and my family’s life, so this is an incredible opportunity for me to be able to partner with a faith-based company to continue helping people with their careers and hopefully to find their place in God’s bigger story for their lives.

Hobbies and Interests

Spending time with my family, I love playing golf, riding motorcycles, and continually growing in my faith through studying scripture and volunteering.

Favorite Quote or Motto

The Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 2:3 (ESV) “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.”   I attempt to live this verse from Philippians every day, always trying to put others first in all that I do.

What Gets You Excited About Recruiting

    • Finding solutions, solving problems, and planning outcomes are some of my God given skills and to be able to help others with those skills gives me a great satisfaction.
    • I like to find opportunities for others to grow and use their potential and God given skills too.
