Values and Mission

Excellence: I am very competitive and excellence helps fuel that goal. I have a passion to ethically handle each of my interactions. o
Faith: I am a faithful follower of Jesus and have never worked for a company that has that as their foundation. This is extremely exciting for me.
Family: I have 5 kids with my wonderful wife Meghan. I have missed out on things because family has not been a value in past companies. I am excited to find ways for that value to work itself out at The Well while still maintaining excellence.
Growth: The Well seems to be doing things different, process, culture and tech wise than other companies. This will stretch me. Also, with the goals the company has long term it will require employees now to be stretched skills wise and be uncomfortable.
Generous: I love the idea of The Well putting into practice generosity already in supporting students to get their Bible degree. I also like the idea of coworkers living generously with each other in supporting and encouraging one another.
