What I enjoy most about my role is working in a collaborative environment that drives success. I have the opportunity to foster teamwork and support my team and assist in implementing tools, resources, development to ensure we are continuing to deliver excellent results to our clients and candidates.

Values and Mission

Faith is central in my life, guiding me in both my family and professional life. Through trusting in God’s plan, I lead with integrity and humility, fostering love, growth, and success in my teams. My family is my WHY in everything that I do. My husband and I are blessed with two boys and 2 dogs, one of which is a service dog. With the Well I have the opportunity to continue to provide for my family as well as continuing to enjoy free time with my family, including having the flexibility to work remotely in our home. As a family we are very involved with an organization that supports mental health and sobriety in the military and law enforcement communities. I have developed strong relationships with the foster community locally, offering career coaching, resume writing, and interview preparation to those aging out. Personally, I am passionate about growth and am continuing to pursue professional certifications, such as AIRS recruiting and Six Sigma Black Belt. I also advocate for my teams in supporting the development of my teams’ technical and soft skills. Excellence is a core value—I strive for continuous improvement in every aspect of my work, always giving my best, learning from experiences, and sharing that knowledge.

Hobbies and Interests

I love to be around the water. I am most at peace on a paddleboard in the middle of a lake. We love to visit the beach. After work you can find me outside playing with my boys or going for a hike. My oldest son and I could build Legos for a full day, no breaks. I also treasure naps with my youngest son. My husband and I spend a little time most evenings dreaming up and building furniture and other live edge masterpieces in the garage. We love to explore the beautiful Texas Hill Country, antique stores and boutiques.

I find many Dr Seuss quotes inspiring. These are two of my favorites because it reminds me of how impactful kindness, passion and action all are. “Today I shall behave as if this is the day I will be remembered.” “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.”

What Gets You Excited About Recruiting

What motivates me most in the recruitment process is ensuring that we provide a white glove experience for our clients as well as for the candidates that we are speaking to on behalf of our clients. Being in recruiting – we are in the people business and each person has their own story. That is what I love most about recruiting is hearing people’s story and the impact that a stellar recruiter will have in an individual’s journey to landing that job leading to their opportunity to buy their dream home, start a family, travel, and on and on.
