Values and Mission

The Well’s values resonate deeply with me because they truly reflect who I am. I grew up as a pastor’s kid, so faith has always been the foundation of my life. It’s shaped my character and how I treat others. Family is everything to me; as a single mom to two amazing teenagers, we’re a tight-knit crew and I do everything with them in mind. I’m also a lifelong learner who believes in continuous growth, both personally and professionally. Like The Well, I strive for excellence in everything I do. I show up fully and give my best. And generosity is close to my heart. I love volunteering my time at church, cheering on my son’s baseball team, and supporting my daughter’s theater productions. These values aren’t just words to me, they’re how I live.

Hobbies and Interests

My kids and I love spending time together, whether we’re dancing around the kitchen while making dinner or belting out our favorite songs during karaoke, we’re happiest just being together. Music is a big part of our lives. I’ve raised my kids on classic rock and ’90s hits, so you know I did something right! We also enjoy cheering on my son at his baseball games, strolling through the farmer’s market on weekends, and soaking up the sun at the beach. Living in the oldest city in the U.S. means history is around every corner, and we love heading out to explore it.

Favorite Quote or Motto

Music has always been a big part of my life, and I find meaning in song lyrics. A favorite of mine is “Take your time, don’t live too fast. Troubles will come and they will pass.” – Lynyrd Skynyrd

I’m also very grounded in my faith. My favorite verse is “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

What Gets You Excited About Recruiting

What excites me most about recruiting is the opportunity to meet new people and build meaningful, lasting relationships. I love hearing people’s stories, understanding their goals, and helping them find a role where they can truly thrive. It’s incredibly rewarding to make connections that not only fill a role but also positively impact someone’s life. For me, it’s all about people and the relationships we create along the way.
