Jay brings over 30 years of financial services experience with 20+ years dedicated to the RIA industry while a Regional Manager at Charles Schwab Advisor Services and most recently as the VP of Partner Development for Mercer Advisors. Jay has extensive experience helping RIAs of all sizes create more robust businesses by implementing strategies that enhance client experience and growth, streamline operations and foster team success. Previously Jay led regional sales teams at broker-dealers. He began his career as a financial planner at Ameriprise.
