I have graduated from the school of supernatural ministry out of Bethel Church in Redding CA. I have been on the prayer team at 3 churches in the Minneapolis area. I currently lead the prayer team at my current church which is a multi-site church in the Minneapolis metro ara.

Career Highlights

I get the chance to pray prophetic prayers over some very big names, people with high titles, all the way down to pimps and drug users. They all give me equal excitement. You can’t love God without loving people.
My passion is to have all people live in the fullness of God and to walk in the spirit throughout the day.

My role at The Well, consists of praying for the company, its employees, and its clients. We seek to have every aspect of The Well led by the Holy Spirit. We want each employee to excel to the fullest in their personal lives along with their family and friends. We also are dedicated to praying for all of our clients, the goodness of God to shower them with blessings.

Joining The Well for me was a very easy decision. When the vision of The Well was shared with me, my spirit leaped within me. I was being given a chance to be employed by a company that put Jesus first, that wanted to be led entirely by the Holy Spirit through prayer. Wow, what an incredible opportunity!

Seeing people live the full abundant life that Jesus presents for each of us. A life that is filled with joy, peace, and freedom abounding and love. Free from all stress, anxiety, worry and torment.

Hobbies and Interests

I really enjoy biking. I also enjoy watching my two boys play college sports. One plays baseball at rockers University. The other plays basketball at Colorado school of mines spending as much time as possible with my daughter son-in-law and their two year-old son. Living life as an empty nester with my wonderful wife.

What Gets You Excited About Recruiting

What motivates you in the recruitment process and why do you enjoy it? Simply put, people. My first assignment by the Holy Spirit to pray for our company was connections to be more explicit connections with people which is so much of what the world does and that’s also what we do on our individual lives.
