My background is in engineering, but my career has spanned various capacities across operations, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, ethics & compliance, contract management, project management and program management. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with many great domestic & international teams. My most recent venture prior to joining The Well involved operationalizing a fintech startup.
The leadership, the culture, the direction and the drive all drew me to The Well. In our relentless pursuit of excellence, there is always opportunity to develop and optimize our systems, tools and performance.
While optimizing systems is a passion of mine, I truly enjoy working with our team to solve problems and meet our customer needs.
I think excellence and growth are the “how” and faith, family, generosity are both the “what” and the “why”. I’m consistently seeking growth and to operate in excellence. These values are meaningful to me personally, and I hope others are inspired by the way they guide my life and my actions.
I like to read and play games with my girls as well as take them camping and serving. I enjoy to travel, cook, and do adventurous things (distance trail running, solo BWCA camping, etc.)
